WHITE CHICKEN RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

1.  CHICKEN (500gm)approx. 
2. 1/4cup oil, 
3.  1tsp cumin seed,
4.1/2 tsp pepper corn,
5. 2 tsp ginger garlic paste,
6.salt to taste(1.1/4tsp)
7. 1tbsp poppy seed(black or white)
8. 1/4 cup cashews(soaked drained and grounded to paste),1tsp vinegar,
 9. 1 tsp sugar,
10. 4 tbsp coriander leaves
11. 2tasp corn flour(corn starch or wondra flour)dissolved in 1/2 cup water or milk,

 METHOD:
Wash and clean  the chicken in running water.cut into  medium size pieces.
 Add 2 cup water  and chicken in cooking container bring to boil and then simmer till cooked(20 min)
When cool remove chicken pieces,reserving the cooking water.
Mix milk and stock(water chicken was cooked in) and make 2 cups adding water if required.
Heat the oil in pan (medium heat) add cumin seeds, poppy seeds and pepper corn take care not to burn when they splutter. 
Add ginger garlic paste and saute till it become little darker in color.
Add salt and grounded cashew paste and stir well to mix.
Add this to chicken the stock and milk mixture bring to boil.
Add corn flour mixture bring to boil again then simmer for two minutes
Add vinegar,sugar, and half of the coriander leaves.
Mix and serve hot garnished with rest of the coriander leaves.
